Beyond being an expert truffle hunter, Nikos is also a skilled beekeeper, woodcarver, and passionate naturalist.
Together with his daughters, Moscha-Anthi and Eleni, the Kapsalis family carries on the tradition, offering carefully curated and unforgettable experiences for visitors who wish to explore the real Crete.
